We believe that children flourish when deep human connections permeate all aspects of their lives.
Our program is dedicated to supporting and nurturing positive connections within families, and extending these into the educational environment. By involving parents and caregivers, our program establishes a meaningful and integrated link between family life and school life.
We want to help children build the kinds of social skills that will allow them to thrive in the relationships they form throughout their lives. Our educational approach creates opportunities for children to practice mutual respect, cooperation, leadership, mentoring, listening, personal integrity, valuing differences, conflict resolution and other important social skills.
We invite parents and teachers alike to bring their own passions and interests to the program, with the understanding that everyone involved is on a journey of growth and development. Experience has shown us that this makes the process more enriching for the parents, while the children benefit by seeing adults collaborating and demonstrating the kind of lifelong "love of learning" that our program strives to instill. Likewise, we invite parents to continue some of our classroom explorations at home with their children, building a bridge between home and school.
Our program is uniquely supportive of families who travel. By working closely with parents, our teachers keep children connected to our curricula and community while they are away.
